This Site offers for sale of Sanitary Pads/Napkins, Panty Liners, Cotton Tampons, Menstrual Cup, Menstrual Cup Wash, Female Intimate Wash, Hand Sanitizer, Body Mist, Natural Intimate Wipes, Toilet Seat Cover, Bathroom Sanitizer, and Disposable Bag for sanitary items (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Products you agree to terms and conditions set forth herein in this Terms of Use.
Warnings for My Pad
1. My Pad must be changed every 6-8 hours, even on low flow and spotting days.
2. If you experience any discomfort or irritation while using My Pad, kindly discontinue usage. Please consult a doctor if the irritation persists.
3. If you require XXL/XXXL pads to manage extremely heavy flow, My Medy sanitary napkins/pads may not be best suited for your flow.

Warnings for My Liner
Do not use My Liner to manage period flow or spotting.
One liner should not be used for more than 8 hours.
If you experience any discomfort or irritation while using My Liner, kindly discontinue usage. Please consult a doctor if the irritation persists.
Warnings for My Tampon
Change tampons after every 4-6 hours.
Do not use if you symptoms of Tss occur or if you have experienced it in the past, consult a doctor.
Keep the tampons in cool and dry place away from humidity.
Warnings for My Cup
Always follow the instruction as directed.
Always store the cup in clean and dry pouch away from insect-infested areas
You can empty the cup 2-4 times on day basis depending upon your flow
In case of any discomfort or adverse effect discontinues the use immediately and consult your physician.
Keep away from children and animals reach out.
Warnings for My Cup Wash
For external use only.
This product isn't intended to diagnose, prevent, cure or treat any ailment or disease.

Warnings for My Wash
Try applying My Wash on the inner side of the elbow to conduct a patch test prior to use.
For external use only. The wash should be applied only to the vulva, which is the external part of the genital region, and not inside the vagina (the canal between vulva and the cervix).
Stop usage in case of irritation.
My Wash is not a cure for UTI or infection. If you notice any signs, please consult a medical doctor immediately.

3- Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of our products these products are not subjected to returns. However, in the unlikely event of any damaged or defective product being delivered, you can write to us at info@mymedy.in and our team will take appropriate actions.
4-In case of damaged or defective products being delivered, the consumer needs to report it within 24 hours after the delivery or else it will be subjected to a no-compensation.
5-Evaluation of damaged or defective products is subjective to the company’s internal process.
6- The company at any time in its sole discretion prospectively change the terms for the cancellation/return policy set forth above.
